- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free estimate. We make an appointment if customer wants service. We want a $50 deposit to secure an appointment and balance is due when service is completed. We will send an invoice which is due upon receipt. We accept cash or electronic payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I managed a self service laundromat with a wash and fold service for 11 years. I supervised 2-6 workers.
