We were looking for a less expensive alternative when we found Kounty Cleaning. Tyrone responded to my request immediately and was very flexible when I had to switch dates. When he came out to do the work he looked at our floors and told us they looked really good and didn’t need to be treated. He said he would be “ripping us off if he took our money.” He even offered us some cleaning and wax products (free of charge) to help us bring back the original shine to our floors. My husband and I were blown away by his honestly and generosity. I would highly recommend him as you can trust that he will be honest with you about what truly needs to be done.
