Arlin was fantastic to work with! After diagnosing our old dishwasher’s issue, we had him install a new dishwasher. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was installed perfectly, which wasn’t an easy task given all the shortcuts the previous owners took when installing the old dishwasher. High quality work and a very generous price - would definitely hire him again.

YES ITS WORTH IT! Landlords especially if you are reading this. I had a dryer that was making awful noises. It was 8 yrs old and I really didn't think it would be worth fixing. I had contacted another company and they were charging a minimum of $245 for labor. I literally had the cheapest dryer in my HomeDepot cart ready to purchase but $700 after tax, install and removing old one. I decided to make one more call to Precision before I hit the buy button and I am so glad I did! I spoke to Arlin and he came off as very honest and passionate about what he does. He is a certified appliance repair person and he doesn't charge a minimum labor fee. He convinced me that it was worth fixing so I said ok. I am happy to say that for $225 all in with parts that the dryer is running great again. Super happy and glad I am not filling a landfill with an appliance that really is worth fixing :)

I hired Arlin to install all of my kitchen appliances for my new kitchen following a remodel. Arlin was up front about his work style - he is meticulous and very careful and makes sure the job is done right. Arlin absolutely delivered on this. He took great care to inspect, test, and ensure everything was installed properly. He pointed out issues and was flexible to help address them. He and his crew also took great care to not damage anything while getting the appliances inside. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me though everything when done. You get quality results when people are proud of what they do. I can say that Arlin takes great pride in his work and has high standards. You can hire him with confidence.

Our fridge totally stopped cooling Tuesday evening. I went on thumbtack and found Performance Appliance Repair that night and requested a tech to diagnose the issue asking for it to happen first thing in the morning. I promptly received a response and Arlin arrived at 7am. He worked very hard to find the issues. This fridge was too old to invest in and we determined we will purchase a new one but I definitely use Performance for any future appliance issues that may come up. They are number one in my book.
