FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am taking an OSHA safety course and training to be a licensed building inspector.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father had a construction company and I began working with him as a carpenter while I was in school. I went to college for construction management to diversify my skills and learn business management. I enjoy working with my hands so I am happiest using tools of the trade to help clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lately it has been household maintenance work. The client usually has a list of repairs because they were going to do it, but found they had no time to do it. With the housing market picking up, I have done home inspection repairs. This time of the year also brings window repair and replacement, and storm door installation.
