Julio and Ray were awesome. I had a difficult situation with other movers after they did not show up on time. and they were great at helping me out at the last minute. They were super hardworking and fast and I was impressed by how quickly they were able to move everything down my stairs. They also had a difficult situation with the freight elevator because my building I was moving into was going to close the freight elevator before they were done, but they improvised and got everything up super quickly. They were very kind and super efficient. I don't know what I would have done without their help!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Had a GREAT moving experience! They loaded up the truck very quickly and unloaded it just as fast. Moving a 1BR apartment took about 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Alliance was on time and relentless with their work ethic. I mean, there were four guys moving as a one unit at all times. In all honesty, I believe the move should have taken 7-8 hours, as they initially suggested. However, they did it in 5.5. And they actually cared about the property the moved it out of, the property they moved it into, and the furniture itself. Best moving experience yet.
I wish there was an option to give a 10 star rating! Earlier this year, I had a horrible experience with M&M Movers who were late, ill-prepared, broke a beautiful piece of furniture because it wasn't wrapped, and then only wanted to give $200 to fix it when the cost to fix was over $3000...and the movers loved to tell us how terrible their day had been. It was a simply awful experience. So I was extremely nervous when I had to hire movers again. Now, I will have Chicagoland Moving & Storage on speed-dial for ANYONE looking to move. They were fantastic in every way. They contacted me quickly. They were able to work with my limited schedule. They came to assess what needed moving to plan accordingly. Their movers were 15 minutes early, simply delightful, were quick but completely thorough. It was the most amazing experience. David and his brother did an excellent job clearing our basement of furniture and a washer and dryer. They even swept the floors for me when they finished! They were very reasonably priced, polite, careful with all of the furniture and generously offered to move a couple more pieces of furniture from my attic to our garage (which was outside of the original scope of our contract). I plan to hire them again to move furniture back into my basement once it has been remolded. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for help with moving furniture.
We hired STI Long Distance Moving two days before we moved from Chicago to Dallas and Nick was so accommodating in getting the last minute request worked out. He was upfront about all the charges and the estimate was accurate and no surprise fees. Oscar and his crew in Chicago did a fantastic job packing and making sure everything was wrapped up and protected. Adam and his crew arrived in Dallas four days later and were great unloading and took the time to go through the entire inventory list to make sure we had everything. Would definitely recommend STI!
This company gave us a quote to move our furniture from Mequon, WI to Southaven, MS. Their quote was reliable as they never wavered from the amount that they originally quoted. They advised us of what they would be doing from the time they finished packing until they delivered the furniture. After packing two trucks of furniture they advised that they would rest then drive to Southaven. After arriving in Southaven we received a telephone call advising us that the movers were going to get a few hours of sleep then they would come to our house to start unpacking. After they rested for a few hours we received a phone call advising us that they were on the way to our house to unpack the first truck. When they arrived at our house they unloaded the furniture efficiently. They placed furniture on our main level and upstairs as directed without incident. They were very careful when moving the furniture and all of the men acted professionally at all times. We are very happy that we selected Hungry Man Moving for our move. We would definitely use this company again if we need to move in the future!
We were moving a two bedroom from one third-floor apartment to another third-floor apartment, and these guys were incredible. Efficient and quick but also VERY careful and clearly conscious of the fact that they were holding important pieces of our lives in their hands. 10/10 will recommend to everyone I meet for the next several weeks.
I love this company for the work they did to ensure my move. I was moving my family and we needed to someone who was careful enough to do all the work without even lifting a finger. They do everythin from start to finish and gave me a very competitive quote by beating the other company's price. They handled all of or pre-packed boxes and all our furniture with care. We have some exspensive pieces and had a negative experience with a previous move/moving company, so it was refreshing to have a good experience. There was great communication throughout, and did an excellent job fitting everything into our storage unit. The only problem, was we planned to pay by credit card. We were told by the office that was fine a few days in advance, and that there would be a 3% charge, which we were ok with. The head mover told us this was fine when he arrived, then proceeded to have us fill out the paperwork. At the end of the move he then came to us and said he couldn't get ahold of the office and we'd have to pay by cash. He said if we didn't pay by cash we'd have to wait endlessly to hear back from the office. We didn't believe what he was saying, but obliged because we were on a time constraint. We felt a little scammed and are now unsure if we will use them again when we complete the second part of our move this summer. We'd probably require written communication from them, that we will exclusively pay by card and there will not be any other options the day of.
The movers were prompt, diligent and very hard working. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs moving, junking or other projects that require tedious type of work.
I hired two Bellhops for two hours to help me move out of my storage unit onto the moving truck. Having the extra hands helped to alleviate any stress of moving and they did all the heavy lifting. The entire process was expedited because of their assistance.
All went well with moving a piano!
What can I say but WOW!! Wilson and his crew moved our 112 year old piano and believe me it wasn't light. They took very good care when moving it. If you want a great team to move your piano or other home items they will get it done. Thanks guys for the great move!!
About Time Moving Systems LLC was great! Quinn responded to my quote request immediately, and put me on the schedule. They were punctual on moving day, and made sure to stay within my budget by keeping me informed of the progress. Their price was competitive with other local movers. They were professional, courteous, and caring with our belongings. They padded both the old and new house and all furniture to avoid damage to doorways and walls. I highly recommend them!
J. C. Movers helped us twice. The first time was for moving across the country, they loaded our U-Haul truck and drove it to our new home about 1200 miles away. We trusted the driver with a key to the back of the truck just in case some items shifted during the trip. They did a wonderful job, everything was loaded properly, everything arrived safely, nothing was damaged. We were kept informed of the location of the truck by cell phone. The second time was to remove all items our basement and garage from our old house that was unoccupied. Once again we trusted them with the keys to the house. There was 8 years of clutter, old furniture and plan old junk. They did the job promptly, the day after I called which exceeded my expectations. They kept me informed via text messages, phone calls and photos sent via Smart Phone. It was just like I was there but I didn't need to be. Nothing was damaged, the house and garage were left broom clean as I requested. The whole process was so easy and not stressful at all. I worked in customer service 32 years and I highly recommend them.
We have moved several times and a few times across country. Our experience with Great Nation Moving was by far the easiest and hassle free experience that we have had with moving. They sent over an appraiser who was able to give us a quote after walking through our house and seeing what we owned and were moving. He was within $50 of our ending price, so it extremely accurate. The pricing was in-line with several other companies that we had quote out the job. Rose, their sales/account manager, was great. We explained that we needed to move from within a specific time frame, and they were able to accommodate to our schedule. We were driving to our new home as soon as the movers were done packing everything up, and they even accommodated a faster pack up by adding an additional member to the crew packing up our belongings. They delivered our items in less than a week, which was much faster than our past experiences. Rose kept me posted on the progress of everything throughout the process and seemed to be working 24 hrs a day to make sure we were comfortable and in the know of what was going on. She even called within 30 minutes of the delivery of our items to see how everything went. We did have some slight damage on one item, which we were not bothered with as the item was beat up from a previous move. Without us filing a complaint, Rose was able to get us a check to cover the damages. Overall it was some of the best customer service I have experienced. Its always a headache and there is always the hidden issues that pop up along the way, however, I felt Rose kept us in the know and ahead of the curve with the move. That goes a long way when you have literally everything you own in their hands.
