So far its been all about money, I haven't received his credentials but he collected my cash deposit, I still don't have an itemized materials cost inventory, and I'm just very skeptical about the project being completed accurately and professionally

Mike, the person whom presented as Dee nice handyman, is overpriced and not trustworthy. The apartment turn over was supposed to happen in 3 days per our agreement. Once I saw the poor quality of paint patch work he did i politely asked him to fix it along with some other things. He said he would come back and do so. I listed several times where he violated the contact and today is day 11 without a finished apartment. Additionally, he too the liberty to steal a mirror from a vanity that I purchased for him to install just because i already had a mirror in place. The few items he did do right isn’t worth me rehiring him nor referring ever again.

This particular customer was looking to tarnish any company that took her job on, and I did not realize that till after the fact I was hired and spoke with one of her tenants, we did everything that we supposed to do in the contract to satisfaction with pictures as proof But this was a very unhappy customer from the beginning, but we give everyone a chance and want to service. Everyone spite our personal beliefs the unit was in badly disarray completely a mess and we cleaned everything thoroughly and she’s absolutely right. I would not do any work for her and will recommend other contractors not to work for her as well. I tried to cut her on the price with the work and that was still not good enough. She still wanted someone to work for free. What type of condition is it and we do excellent work with guarantee satisfaction, unfortunately to find Jesus.

He took my money then disappeared, he didn’t do any of the jobs I needed done, payed him 1/2 in advance then he never came back . I need my money and I’m going to tell everyone I know to never use your services if this is how you treat your clients , plus he changed his phone number , what kind of services do you guys offer!!!!
