Very knowledgeable, straight to the point and the price is right. Blew the competition away when it came down to the final quote. Antoine Howard quoted me a price and he drop the price down even lower to make sure Windy City got the job.

Pretty much nothing went right. They didn't keep to the discussed times, didn't show when scheduled, and didn't call when they didn't show up. Even though they came and measured, the sash didn't fit. Apparently because my job was a small one, it was not important. They were not asked back to finish the job.

All size jobs are important to us. We are just going through a move and trying out new scheduling software. It was the perfect storm for you to have a bad experience.
