FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very competitive with other closet makers, our difference is in design and service. We typically don't win or lose because of price, we win because we make better closets and stand behind our work.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is simple. We look at and measure the space and we talk to YOU about your needs and wants. After a couple days we'll show you our initial drawings and preliminary pricing. We'll answer any questions and make necessary revisions. The sales process takes a couple days and you'll know exactly what you're getting.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I designed file rooms and furniture plans for some of the biggest, most well known institutions in Chicago. My past customers include The Field Museum, The Museum of Science and Industry, The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, The Harris Theater of Music and Dance plus many, MANY more. If you think your project is tough, try designing a storage system for 100 yr. old artifacts in a 130 year old building! LOL!
