- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't want to be associated with the word "standard". Ever. We listen to our clients, quote the work they've requested and then invoice them what we quoted. Simple as that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When we say we work for our clients, that goes well beyond design. Before we do anything, we listen. See, we believe that the happiest client is the one who is able to work with us in the way that's most accommodating for them. That begins with open ears and easy communication. The channel we use, how often we communicate - even when - all determined by our client. The design process is equally simple: we design what our clients ask for and deliver it on (or before) the date they asked for it. Then we invoice them what they were quoted. We prefer to streamline the process as much as humanly possible while ensuring our clients have only as much knowledge and information as they request. Steve Jobs said it best: "Simple can be harder than complex." Words we live by.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education and training are important - but they're only a start. Alongside each of our employees' great education is their passion for their craft and an unending desire to learn - not only about the work they do, but about the work our clients do. They possess an almost superhuman level of care - for themselves, their work, their colleagues and their clients so that it can be said, too, of them, that they do nice work and they're nice to work with.
