Bob is an excellent highly experienced personal trainer. I am 74 years old and in better shape that I was in my 50’s. He understands one’s motivations and limitations. He strives to met your needs. In the 15 years I have trained with Bob, I have never had a training injury. He is also punctual, fun and never without good conversation! I highly recommend Bobby V for personal training.Jan 1, 2021

I spent years doing an hour a day on cardio equipment and never got the quick results that I did doing weight training with Bobby. In just a few short months I saw my body slim down and have more definition than I had ever experienced before. HeatherDec 29, 2020

Bob is not only one of the most upbeat, passionate people I’ve ever met, but he dedicates his time and knowledge to his craft too. He helped me get in shape for gymnastics a few years ago, and knew what exercises I needed to do and which foods to eat as well!! He goes above and beyond for his clients simply because that’s the type of person he is and has taught me so much about fitness and wellness overall!!:)Jan 5, 2021
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My approach to pricing is simple. I like to keep the prices down. This way the client will stay on board longer. I do have incentives. For example, the bigger the package the less expensive it will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Each client of course has their own personal goals. So the first session is like an orientation while training lightly. We would go over the goal they want to accomplish. And I always say it starts in the kitchen. Meaning eating clean. You have to be true with yourself about that . Otherwise it’s like brushing your teeth without toothpaste. Your just spinning your wheels.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a graduate at Eastern Illinois University, IFFA & ACSM certified and insured with NEXT insurance.
