Right Angle designed attractive and effective marketing sheets and a display for us on a short time frame for an event we had with just four weeks to plan. Jara and Patrick came up with a time line, stuck with it and guided us through to results we are very happy with.Aug 31, 2017Verified
We just started working with Patrick and Jara from Right Angle Studio and have been extremely please with the responsiveness and overall professionalism. RAS is very full service and the team has been incredibly helpful, filling in the gaps in our own organization by providing guidance not only on graphic design but also on higher level, branding strategy. Thanks Guys!Jun 6, 2017Verified
Patrick Lytle of Right Angle Studio was very helpful from the initial point of contact through delivery of the initial material. During the initial fact finding discussion, Patrick quickly developed an astute understanding of our company’s operations and related marketing support requirements. We look forward to working with Right Angle Studio for development of new marketing collateral along with modernization and integration of our existing materials.Nov 27, 2018Verified
This was a dream of a project thanks to Patrick and Right Angle Studio. They listen, they deliver... it was quick, well-executed, and frictionless. I would recommend RAS to anyone who needs assistance with creative work.Feb 12, 2018Verified
We worked with Right Angle Studio on a short turnaround print piece. They were clear quick communicators, the work they sent us was top notch, and revisions were right on par with what we requested. I would absolutely work with them again!Sep 18, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We price our projects by the project - not by the hour. Clients appreciate knowing what they'll pay up front and receiving that same number on their invoice. Our fees always include any necessary revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When we say we work for our clients, that goes well beyond design. Before we do anything, we listen. See, we believe that the happiest client is the one who is able to work with us in the way that's most accommodating for them. That begins with open ears and easy communication. The channel we use, how often we communicate - even when - all determined by our client. The design process is equally simple: we design what our clients ask for and deliver it on (or before) the date they asked for it. Then we invoice them what they were quoted. We prefer to streamline the process as much as humanly possible while ensuring our clients have only as much knowledge and information as they need and want. Steve Jobs said it best: "Simple can be harder than complex." Words we live by.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education and training are important - but they're only a start. Alongside each of our employees' great education is their passion for their craft and an unending desire to learn - not only about the work they do, but about the work our clients do. They possess an almost superhuman level of care - for themselves, their work, their colleagues and their clients so that it can be said, too, of them, that they do nice work and they're nice to work with.
