I reached out to Alex to replace an existing toilet. He responded almost immediately and was here within a couple of hours. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We ended up getting the wrong size, but he was patient and waited for us to get the replacement toilet. He helped bring in the toilet from my garage. Before he got started, he explained what he would do. He’s well prepared and carries an array of tools and products. He offered to replace our existing hose with a newer one, since the original one was shorter and rotting. Saved us another trip to the store. He was quick and efficient. We are very pleased with his work. Would recommend Alex. 10/10.
