- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts to loyal clients. I offer two free sessions to any client who refers someone who signs up. If you can find a rate lower than mine, in most cases I'll match it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer. I like to first discuss goals and health history. From there, I begin planning our future sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education. I also have a degree in Fitness/exercise I have been ACSM certified for about 6 years. I am a student of my craft, I am constantly researching, reading, and staying ahead fitness trends.
