Introduction: Attention to detail. There is an old saying that the "devil is in the details." When putting on an event, organizers wear many different hats, and paying attention to all the different details may be overwhelming. So, we are there to handle all the details of the video screens, their setup, signals, etc. We conduct pre-event site surveys, and walk-thrus, and then on the day of the event - we show-up, and show-up early. Since technology and mother nature can be feisty, it is crucial to test, test, and re-test broadcast signals, and connections. Working with our clients to help them achieve the best show they have ever done. When the show goes on... and it's seen on our big screens, the crowd is watching and taking a pictures and having fun - well, that is what this is all about.

Really great experience. Using Big Screens really helped at our events and made us look like rockstars to our clients. I would highly recommend.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have done all kinds of events - golf tournaments, running races, festivals, concerts, rallies, political inaugurations, graduations - just to name a few. Each of our clients have different needs, some need multiple screens, some need elevated screens, others need pre-event marketing or a combination of both. And then when it comes to the images on the screens, well - you are limited only by your creativity. Some of our clients want to show sponsors, communicate messages, display videos, even connect live video cameras to show a live feed - plus text to screen or social media walls. And in some cases, a combination of them all!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you really want to compare apples to apples, then you should take the time to view all of the different companies screens with the same content (that you provide). By doing this, you can see actually see how your content will look on the screen, and tell which providers' screen is the best one for your needs.
