Be Ready to Disconnect! If you're a Home Owner, you have to be ready to disconnect emotionally from your home. Being able to pack away those personal objects, or rearranging rooms in a different way, are all changes that are supposed to help your home appeal to the widest range of Buyers. Gaining this objective view is easier when working with an outside Professional. Remember that when you improve upon a product (your home) you'll be able to see that translate into how much you're able to ask for it!
