I had an appointment with F.A.C.T.S. They failed to show up; they didn't call, send a text message or email to cancel. They just failed to show up. As a small business owner, I appreciate those who are interested in doing business with me. As such, I am always mindful to respect potential clients' time. I became certified in my field and became a member of the chimney guild. I have over 15 years hands on experience with cleaning, inspecting, maintaining and restoration of all types of fireplaces and chimneys. I understand the everyday life situations..considering..I live in the same world.
