Introduction: We manage the entire pest control business. We service various businesses and residences across Illinois. Proper protocol is exhibited when cleaning supplies and equipment. We train new hires, so that they are qualified for field service calls. We inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to property, wall and roof porosity and access to infested locations. We direct and/or assist other workers in treatment and extermination processes to eliminate and control rodents, insects, and weeds. We hire and fire as needed. We defuse customer disputes. We are responsible for securing new business. We offer B2B sales. We call on various businesses and residents to offer free estimates as well as educate on the detailed services available. We supervise technicians. We delegate tasks to technicians. We give performance reviews as required.
