The Flr refinish wrk done is very good. The company lacks proper infrastructure and formal communication channels. Their billing system is difficult IE. Rcving electronic bill that gives one choice of payment that has a 5% processing/ service fee add on that is labeled as a tax. The Invoice states due in 30 days but the Co. Rep kept calling to have paid immediately so the cleaning person could be paid. Not very professional.Aug 18, 2017Verified

Ken and Avery did a deep cleaning of my house. This is the first time I've had two guys clean my house and I was quite pleased with the results. They did a really great job overall. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Ken was very friendly, thorough and detail oriented. He spent about an hour measuring and evaluating the space in order to give a fair estimate.
