Molding or baseboards,
First off Mr. Ken or whoever the handyman was. He also did not identify himself, he was 35 minutes late without a phone explaining his lateness. Then he came and look at the crack inside the house and he pushed on the wall to see the type of material it was and we already told him prior to pushing on it to see what type of material it was and he pushed on too hard made the crack worst and when we shut our door the plaster came out and now we have a bigger hole then we started with. We had other people come look at with an estimate and they did not require pushing on the wall that hard to make the plaster come off. This is before we hire this all happen on the first visit.Jul 9, 2016Verified
Ken and his crew did a good job installing my bedroom door. The price was fair and he was courteous and knowledgeable. I will hire them again for other projects and would recommend their handyman service to other.Jul 20, 2016Verified
Ken was very friendly and told me he could meet all of my handyman needs caulk, power washing, staining, paver patio resanding. While the power washing and staining of the playset was fine. He had one of his employees do the caulking and it was sloppy. Ken wiped it clean and then redid it himself. While my counters looked better, the shower was a gloppy mess. He tried to caulk it with window caulk. Once cleaned up, I later found dried caulk speared all over my granite counter tops, which can not be removed. He had no idea how to resand my paver patio. He never blew the sand off the top before watering. Sand hardened on top of the bricks. He came back to power wash it all off which blew the seal and the sand off the bricks. While he refunded me the $100 he charged me for these things, and was willing to come "fix" it, it will now cost me $744 to fix what he has damaged. I have asked him for his insurance info, but he is not answering my calls, so I am unsure if he has any. While being friendly is important, being knowledgeable about the job you are doing is more important. His eagerness to make a dime off me, cost me big time.Jul 13, 2016Verified
Ken was great. He was able to come at short notice and did a great job.Jan 26, 2019Verified
Quoted me a scheduled time but had to change it twice. Although I was pleased with the outcome I was not happy with how long it took plus a 30 minute food break. Crew left wood particles and dust on front porch which I cleaned up afterwards. Additionally, I was glad my wife wasn't home as Ken's buttocks were exposed on several occasions as he worked on the project. I've heard of "plumbers crack" but this was very uncomfortable. I would add photos of sawdust and wood chips but I already cleaned the area.Jan 18, 2019Verified
