Highly recommend!!! Reached out about a water softener issue, Mike was able to come out the same day to check out my issue. Few days later I was about to have Mike come out and install a new unit, during the process he educated my husband on how to upkept things. During his visit, Mike was also able to help with unclogging my washing machine drains and bathroom sink. I would definitely use this company again if/when needed. Professional, Educational, Punctual.

Mike H went above and beyond to really help me resolve my problem! I had four seasons come take a look and mike did more for me than what four season offer on the same price point! I’ll definitely lock his contact in and have him for any plumbing needs! I even recommended him to friends and co workers because he was so exceptional! Glad to have crossed paths! I had a guest room toilet that ran constantly and wouldn’t flush. Sometimes for days if I didn’t hear it. I was hosting a large party and worried about not having enough bathrooms available and Mike came out and rebuilt the toilet very quickly and it works like new! He even checked my water softener and offered some advice about my overall plumbing system. I would definitely recommend him and will hire him again in the future.

Mike was called to our house for a random sewer smell that seemed to come and go. Mike went out of his way to help diagnose the smell, and also repaired our sump pump (with very minimal notice). He is someone who looks at everything and suggests fixes, but makes sure you have options. He is a great asset to have on speed dial for all your plumbing issues/needs.

Are pricing is out of a book, and there are no emergency charges. Doesn’t matter what day of the week. We have plumbers seven days a week. We try and not be ordinary plumbers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would show them in layman’s terms what needs to be done. I would explain why it’s needed and upfront cost. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated.
