- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique. It really depends on the project if I feel it should be billed hourly or a flat rate. I think customers like to have a flat rate, and I really try to provide that for them as long as they know, other costs can arise such as extended revisions, copyrighted material, extra materials if need, etc..But for the most part, all that is factored in the 1st consultation.

35 years of manual labor was killing me:) Plus, I've always been creative and love to design
