Latest Review: Having 1 on 1 help with my personal trainer during this two year weight loss and fitness journey has made all the difference in the world. When finally deciding to seek professional help--and I was apprehensive--I met Rick Ray. His first approach to health and fitness was assessing my physical abilities and moving forward with teaching the correct way to exercise. With that, everything else fell into place. Without Rick's knowledge of proper exercise form, the right exercises for me and finding the correct HEALTHFUL diet, I never would have been able to achieve my goals of gaining strength, losing 30+ pounds, feeling great and being healthy. Every step of the way, Rick has been supportive and NEVER judgmental. He set the groundwork and helped me follow through.
About three months ago I injured my shoulder while being "CARELESS". After being evaluated by my doctor, Rick designed an exercise routine to be used daily. His knowledgeable and thoughtful guidance has helped me recover--eliminating most of the pain!
