Window Installation
Fair pricing for replacement windows. Salesman was direct and to the point--not trying to over-sell for my current needs. Workers installation was top notch. Very satisfied. I will do my future window needs with this company and will refer others as well.

Window Installation
This company makes and installs their own windows. I have windows but what was great was how quickly they called me and offered assistance.

Window Installation
Chicago Window Guy (Russ) was great to work with from my initial request through the entire installation process! I also really like the quality of the windows and the fact they are manufactured right here in our backyard in Franklin Park, IL. Would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Window Installation
We just decided to start this project so it has not been started yet but we were really impressed by Russ so far. Update our windows are done and installed. We were shocked they had our project completed so quick and it turned out great. What a great experience we had. 5 stars? Would have given 8 easily.

Window Installation
Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Windows will be installed after they are manufactured. Update: couldn't have gone better. The windows are very high quality and the guys that installed them did a great job. They removed and replaced four windows in under two hours, and the finished job looks very good, both inside and out. We will be having them back to install additional windows once we get some unrelated work performed by other contractors. Really looking forward to not having to mop the basement floor every time it rains or snow thaws. . .

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is based on the style of windows and doors desired, and the scope of installation needed. We make our own windows and install our own windows, eliminating the problems associated with sub-contracted labor. We only work in the Chicagoland area, and don't ship product all over the country. Which saves us money, keeping costs down and allowing us to offer the best product, with the best installation, at the best price. Guaranteed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The problem with the window Industry is that they all look alike. You can have a $200 window or a $2000 window, and won't know whether you have a good product or a bad one until it's installed. We take the mystery out of the window buying process by thoroughly explaining and demonstrating how our product is built and how it performs. Most companies don't want you to see what's inside there frames. Our initial consultation will enlighten and inform you, so that you can make an educated decision versus simply rolling the dice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As industry veterans for decades, we've seen the advances technology in windows and doors change over the years. Where some manufacturers have adapted and changed with the times, others have remained stagnant to save money. Some companies, for example, still use metal spacing systems between the pains of glass which lead to the widespread industry problem known as seal failure. The most expensive job is the one you have to do twice. We help you get the project done right the first time, with a lifetime warranty, ensuring you'll never have to worry about replacing your windows and doors again.
