- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job requires researched pricing but as a general rule $40 to $50 an hour is local standard rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview first to establish project parameters, then free design and estimate consultation in a face-to-face meeting, followed buy a final design and cost presentation. Email updates and changes will be an ongoing process til the project is successfully completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly attend build workshops and keep current with trade periodicals.
