Craig responded quickly to my request. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Once the old washer was removed, it unveiled water damage that had been going on for awhile. Craig repaired the damage and installed the new washer, all for a reasonable cost. Definitely will call him again!

Great service. My old dishwasher was poorly installed when I bought my home. He installed my new dishwasher properly and it looks seamless now. He also put protective material on the floor to avoid scratches and damage while pulling the old one out and putting the new one in which was much appreciated. Works greats! Will definitely hire again for other projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mostly work at an hourly rate based on type of work provided. But will give estimates on projected time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On larger jobs , I will scope out the project with costumer at no cost and educate them on any problems that we might run into. Will then try to provide solutions on how to resolve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Past employment profile includes : Project manager for Two Fire and flood restoration companies in the Chicago area. Would be first on damaged property to scope project and advise home owner on work needing to be done and what steps needed to restore home.
