When I was looking for a professional to deal with bed bugs, I called several places to first ask questions and get information. David from Integrated Pest Solutions was the only one that answered my questions over the phone before being hired. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process, and was very reassuring that he would work with me until the problem was taken care of. When he came to the house, he was very professional, asked about my concerns, and answered more of my questions as they came up. Several days after the treatment David contacted me to see how things were going and if I had any concerns. I like fact that it is part of the treatment to schedule a second visit to the house to inspect and treat as needed. I highly recommend David and Integrated Pest Solutions.

Alex from IPS was very professional and on time! He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I believe he went above and beyond to take care of our home and appliances during the treatment of our mouse problem. We went with a follow up appointment also.
