The process is simple: 1. Data Recovery is $100.00 dollar for normal Hard drive and $200.00 for SSD hard drive. 2. Diagnostic is $80.00 as fixed priced. We do not charge per hour. Once the diagnostic is done we would need the fee upfront. If additional parts are required we will let you know and how much. If we do pickup the payment must be made before delivery and if it not made, no delivery will be made until payment is sent. If we cannot fix it, it is still $80.00 since we did the job. We will help resolve the issue and make sure our customers are happy with the service. 3. Broken Screen tend to occur, we can help replace the screen. On the MAC, please provide us the model that start with A1492 as example or serial number and we can give you exact price. For Windows, please provide the model or serial number and we can give you the price and for us to install it $60.00. All our parts are 1 year manufacture warranty. You can contact us and it will be replaced free of charge. The price listed on thumbtack are the prices are shown for our services. We provide discounts and work with you. If you provide us cash, we will provide 10% discount after the service is completed. We do not charge for the travel. We charge per job and not per hour.
