- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a discount program for our new and loyal customers. We are giving $10 OFF to our first-time customers, if they book a party within 24 hours from the first inquiry. We are also giving 15% OFF for our loyal customers that want to book us second or third time, if they share their feedback with us on our Google, Facebook, or Thumbtack pages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we get your first inquiry we would do our best to come up with a pricing option that works for your needs and budget. Regarding the number of children, their age and customer's budget we are giving our recommendations on alternatives a customer can choose from. We will happily go through the details of customer's party and provide all the information on our costumes, timelines, and activities we do at our parties.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It was an honor to be a part of family and children zone at Chocolate Festival and Strawberry in Long Grove and Libertyville Days Festival. We are excited and looking forward to to be a part of River North Festival in Chicago. We presented our traditional entertainment program with games and designed a photo booth for patrons of the festivals.
