I'm sorry that you feel that way on the cost. We guarantee all of our work and assure quality. We value our business to provide the best quality and customer services to all of our customers. Sorry we could not do any business with you. If you wish to do business with another company we wish you the best. However, we would not be put in a review for work we did not perform.
I have hired the company to perform landscaping including grass seeding work and payed $1500 upfront. The company tried to do the work twice but both times grass either did not grow or grew with so much weed that they had to kill it again. Overall communication and planning was not up to par or was not there at all. I have to initiate all conversations. I have asked them to return the money after a no show in May-June where they were supposed to start at late April. They finally started the project with almost two months of delay constantly making an excuse to a poor weather. If the absence of poor communication and planning in the beginning was inconvenient at some point it become dangerous for the health of my family members as they would spread herbicides without letting anybody know about. The last time I have met with Sly (the project manager) he promised to handle the situation and even spread the herbicide the second time to kill the grass and weeds. However after that, almost for a month I cannot get hold of anybody and they refuse to finish the work. According to the contract we have 5 years of labor warranty and 1 year on Soundscape materials. We have completed your work and have the photos to prove that we left your property in the right condition. You have been advised that it is the customers responsibility to maintain your grass. We did our diligence on the property and it is however up to the customer to continue to maintain the grass to avoid future weeds from growing. We have advised you from the beginning of our work that we would be doing and what you have to do on your part to continue to keep your property well maintained. We have visited your property twice after your complaint and alerted you to that the fact that you were not watering your grass enough.
