As a first time property buyer I did a lot of research regarding condo inspections. What to look for, red flags and etc. Mr Valdes not only covered those areas, but also brought up several others which wouldn’t even cross my mind. As we walked through the condo, he explained to me what he was doing, what he was looking for, and the rationale why certain things are problematic and/or might create problems in the future. Mr Valdes was professional and answered all of my questions in great detail. In addition, during my search for a home inspector, I sent him questions regarding his experience, insurance, and home inspection process. He provided all the information very promptly and without any hesitation. The final report was easy to read and delivered by the date and time which was agreed upon. I will definitely use Mr Valdes’ services again and would highly recommend him.

It was a hard decision there were tons of great candidates that responded within minutes! I chose Mr. Wolf. Mr. Wolf was early and checked every nook and cranny of the house. He answered all of our questions and understood our concerns as first time homebuyers. We were given a binder of information regarding the home inspection.

Roland arrived early to the home inspection and before I arrived he had a basic rundown of the house. This was my first home inspection and he took the time to go over everything with me. We went over room by room and showed me any issues that he came across. Roland took ample time in making sure I knew the operation of the main house components, current issues, and issues that that may arise with the house and housing mechanicals. The follow up report was delivered promptly to me via email and was extremely professional, with pictures, and details of any findings. I highly recommend this home inspector and inspection company based on the prompt arrival, clear explanations, thorough inspection, and quality of the report.

Dave did my home inspection for a condominium in Hoffman Estates and did a wonderful job. He is very detailed oriented and his report covered everything from going on the roof, to dating the furnace, to checking for mold and moisture, and even checking every outlet to make sure they work properly. Outstanding Job, you cannot go wrong.
