Introduction: I have years of experience in school sports, dance, martial arts and fitness. I am a certified yoga instructor, Pilates and PiYo. A personal trainer through NASM and corrective exercise specialist. A 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and currently practicing Hapkido. I believe in investing in your health and fitness, finding balance in life and being the best you can! I left the corporate world of 20+ years to follow my Passion in helping others achieve fitness goals! When not teaching privates you can find me at XSport Fitness, Soderworld healing Art Center, Wings Dance Studio - Lockport and Saint Joseph Hospitals Women's Center - healing arts center teaching group classes.

I love Tammys classes because she focuses on making sure the poses are done correctly with good form. She will ask the class for input on what we want to work on but doesnt let us wimp out on the stuff we dont want to do (like core work)

Tammy is awesome! Long-standing lower back & shoulder issues & decided to try yoga for some relief...best decision to date! Tammy knew exactly what I needed. I look forward to the class weekly with her. Nice & friendly too!! High marks for Tammy!

Tammy is extremely knowledgeable as a personal trainer and is fun to work with. I love how she combines strength training and yoga. It is the perfect workout. I have worked with her one on one and as a group instructor and highly recommend her.

Tammy's knowledge of yoga/pilates is inspiring! I have taken many classes from her and no 2 were the same! She was constantly striving to push us and help us achieve our fullest potential. This girl brings her "A" game every single time!

Took a few Pi-Lo classes with Tammy & absolutely loved them. I have neck & back issues so she would watch my positions & correct me so I wouldn't injure myself. Plus, her classes are fun, she always mixes it up.
