All pricing is customized to the clients needs and the current market prices for fresh and seasonal food items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides graduating from Kendall College with a Culinary Arts degree, I have takien some additional clsses on nutrition and a healthy eating lifstyle.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a young age getting dinner started when my mom was at work. I didn't plan on becoming a chef but after college i would do the books for my parents catering business. Well that led me from the office into the kitchen and I haven't looked back.
