- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My resume, cover letter and LinkedIn optimization services are offered as individual services and discounted if one of my packages are purchased with combined services. Resume writing services start at $250 depending on industry and number of years experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in getting resume writing or career document services, I usually start with a complimentary 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and how I can best assist you in telling your career story. Once we determine the best service(s) to meet you immediate and future career goals, I will email you a service agreement and intake form to provide further details in writing your documents. I will ask you to then provide an electronic copy of your most recent resume and your full payment. Once all those items are received, I begin services and will deliver your first document draft within 5 business days. *Rush delivery is available for any additional charge.
