- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system that is listed on our menu. Pricing is per person and additional sides and main courses can be added for a minimal amount. Some items are listed at "Market Price". These are higher end items that can fluctuate. *All pricing is subject to change due to market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather information about your upcoming needs and get a feel for what your goals are. We have a variety of menus depending on services needed from bulk to full service. If a budget is established we can discuss menu options and find the right menu fit. Customized menus are always welcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 plus years experience of culinary competitions through KCBS, World Food Championship, & Culinary Fight Club. Continued education and cooking classes through the local college are a part of our everyday training. We are always looking for new ideas and ways to keep our ideas fresh.
