"I was skeptical about hiring a trainer, but being 182 lbs, having 28% body fat and feeling very unhealthy! I had no choice but to seek out a trainer. I was trying to work out at the gym, (unknowingly the wrong way & wasn't getting any results) I met raven the trainer. Wow this guy kicked my ass that day & said this one is on the house, here's my number. After the soreness went away I called and hired him. Worth ever penny, but you have to work hard. Take it serious and take ravens advice. After two months the results showed big time. I was a different person, more confident and believe it or not; my mind felt sharper and the energy through the roof. Raven taught me how the body really works and you can not out train your diet! By the way, I'm 6% body fat, 150 lbs with a six pack and I'm 38 but look and feel like I'm in my 20's. This trainer has intergity! Thanks Raven for giving me another chance at life!"

"Dan has been training me for the past 8 weeks and since we started working together, I've seen an incredible improvement in my strength, and my figure--this week I was able to fit back into my favorite pair of work pants that I haven't been able to fit in, in a year! When I first met with Dan I hadn't worked out in literally 2 years and was really nervous about all of it; however, Dan devoted an entire session to simply understanding me, the current state of my health, my habits, and helped me define where I wanted to be in my ideal future state. Dan then put together a customized program to ensure we could get there. As a woman, my one of my biggest concern was around "bulking up" from weight training as my body type lends itself to this if I'm not careful. I shared this with Dan and despite what I was sure would happen after the weight training, he's somehow made plan that made me smaller and noticeably toned up, and definitely not bulkier! In parallel, Dan has also really helped me with my poor eating habits--I'm a busy executive with little time to care or prepare food that is consistently healthy--and I sure do love Chicago cuisine. But every visit Dan would casually ask me what I planned to eat for the week and then give me directives on best options, grocery store lists, crackpot recipes, how to store my food, when to prepare it, and even where I can stop on the way home to get what I need for the next day :). . Dan has been a God send and reinvigorated my belief that I can take care of my health, actually meet my fitness goals, and truly enjoy it. I've absolutely loved, enjoyed, and seen results from every single session with Dan. I can't rave enough about how great a trainer he is and his attention to every aspect of his clients fitness, and overall well-being!!"

"The best way to describe Fit for All is FAMILY. I love the community approach to fitness- everyone (not just the trainers and staff) is SUPER encouraging. The trainers are personable and knowledgeable and classes are suitable for all fitness levels. I have a bum knee and they’ve been great with working with me so it can heal. Also, new programming each month prevents boredom."

"I started training with Paul because I wanted to lose some of the weight I had gained during my pregnancy. When you meet him you know right away that he's a great guy. He actually listens to my needs and concerns(extremely rare!!!) . The first thing we talked about was my diet. A few small adjustments, in concert with our workouts, and I am seeing the weight come off. I've had three other trainers in New York and Paul is by far the best."

"Jenny is amazing and an excellent Personal trainer to train with . Very friendly & extremely knowledgeable . It has been almost a year now since I have been training and all I have seen so far is only ' Progress' with my weight loss goals . Jenny is a Professional and has the ability to review your current strengths and weakness in order to design a program that not only builds upon your strengths but ultimately helps you to suppress the weakness resulting into exceedingly productive health goals . Extremely knoweldgable with diet , nutrition and personal training which has helped me tremendously to adopt to a healthier lifestyle . Every workout is a new workout ; Every workout is different and you will never get bored with her sessions . Under Jenny's supervision I have succeded in shredding off body fat and gain muscle mass . "I met Ro through a mutual friend a few years ago. I have been a triathlete for about five years but, the past two years I have given up running and focused more on cycling and swimming. Between teaching a spin class, swimming 3 miles a week, and biking 80 plus miles a week I noticed I just wasn’t recovering fast enough from all the exercise. I sat down with Ro for a one on one consultation. Ro dissected my entire nutrition habits. She took in account for everything I ate from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed, Monday through Sunday. After her analysis of the results she noticed my carb intake was much higher than my protein intake . She introduced me to some foods I never thought I would ever eat like quinoa and tofu. She took my food list and substituted these items for some of the carbs I could take out of my diet. Thanks to Ro I feel my recovery time has been shortened and I can expedite my recovery time. Ro checks in with me on a monthly basis to make sure I’m still on pace. If it wasn’t for this help from Ro I would still be scratching my head searching the Internet for what I’m doing wrong. "I went to John after a few injuries looking to get stronger in my 3 main lifts; squat, bench, deadlift. He put together a simple, yet challenging program to correct my imbalances, build my weaknesses, and reach my platform goals. I felt the program was personalized for me and my abilities to grow as an athlete. He is very knowledgeable and aware of the mechanics needed for each lift with a willingness to try new training techniques.
