My experience in Samanthia’s classes was one of peaceful contentment. Samanthia allows her students to leave their stresses at the door through her calm and comforting words and affirmations. Her knowledge of yoga movements and poses was evident as she guided the class through each pose with different levels of difficulty thereby addressing every skill and ability level in the room. I am in my late 60’s and after attending Samanthia’s classes, my flexibility and overall well being was greatly improved. I have been training with Jessica for about 6 years. I have done pilates, weight training, and yoga. She has worked with me in my home as well as at the gym. She is encouraging in a supportive way and often pushes me out of my comfort zone which is helpful. I find she is very knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed working with Tara. She has an abundance of experience and is a great teacher--the best I've had since I decided to give yoga a try a few years back. I was looking for help strengthening (and improving) my personal practice, and she taught to my needs and devised a strategy for injecting more challenge into my daily routine through just a few key moves. I also appreciated her fluidity in her teaching style. I plan to put her lesson into practice and plan to give her another call once I've worked these moves into my regular routine.
My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques. On top of relieving some of my inflammatory muscle and joint pain, Dr.Sylvia found an inflamed lymph node under my arm. It was likely inflamed because I was feeling on the verge of a virus. She was able to drain the lymph node and we could no longer feel an inflamed lump under my arm. I believe this procedure helped me to beat the virus that never transpired. In addition to being a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Dr. Sylvia has vast knowledge and expertise in the medical field as an Environmental Epidemiologist and Public Health Professional. She has the ability to treat a person holistically while helping them discover how their environment may be affecting their health issues. I have trained with Katie for 9 months on a regular basis, doing yoga, personal training, and most recently, gymnastics. I most enjoy her ingenuity, innovation for exercises, always coming up with something different and new. You are never bored and she can train for anything with a positive attitude. I entered yoga with a bone spur in my right shoulder and minimal flexibility. After working with Trayci, the spur miraculously corrected itself (doctor was shocked). She is an excellent and patient instructor and always took the time to show me the different poses. Private sessions and classes are always fun, enjoyable, and beneficial

I've taken Kris' yoga classes at multiple locations and have always had outstanding experiences. Her classes start with an intention and reading that set the right tone for the entire class and a tie the mind/body/spirit aspects together. She offers very helpful assists, making sure that you get the most out of each pose, and is great for any level yogi-- from beginner to experienced. I would highly recommend her classes!
I was so impressed with Caitlin's ability to be calm and professional but also how fun she made everything! She has a nice balance of faster paced exercises like sun salutations to get your heart rate up and then strengthening poses leading into relaxation techniques. She really listened to my needs and concerns for certain sensitive parts of my body that I'm afraid to re-injure but also pushed me to go further than I thought I could. Her entire vibe made me feel comfortable immediately which is a rare quality to posess. I will definitely be taking more classes from her in the future! Namaste!
