- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my potential client and get to know one another a little. Let them know of my qualifications and years of experience. Then I want to learn what the needs and goals of my new client are, do a health risk appraisal. From there determine if the client needs a medical clearance, if not fill out all necessary paperwork then schedule to do an assessment with the client to identify areas of health/injury risk and to collect baseline data that can be used to develop a personalized fitness program and to allow for comparison for progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. I have a Certification with AFAA as a Group Trainer, I have two TRX Qualifications and a Diploma in Exercise and Sports Nutrition. I have worked in a gym for 8 Yrs. I have 1000s of hours of experience working with people of all ages, fitness levels and limitations.
