I am so glad that I decided to see Lori to help me with improving my diet. I have been struggling with elevated blood sugar problems from my diabetic condition. I have went to see dieticians in the past , but my bloodwork has never been as good as it is now. I would highly recommend Lori to anyone who has diabetes.

I like doing things on my own. I thought just by reading a few articles and watching a few YouTube videos that I could straighten out my poor eating habits, and lower my sugar levels. I was feeling tired, and sluggish all of the time. For example, for breakfast, I was having a bagel and cream cheese, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, and a bowl of fruit. After about forty minutes, I started to feel kind of sleepy. I thought that I was eating a healthy breakfast. Little did I know that my high carb, sugary breakfast spiked my blood sugar levels, which resulted in me eating more for lunch. Lori has taught me how to combine foods. I've dropped some pounds in my stomach and hips without even trying, and I feel great! Thank you so much Lori! -Jennifer P
