- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a very straight-forward company so you can rest assured that the price we quote you is the price you will be paying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, the first thing we like to do is setup a free consultation to get to know you and what your vision is. We love to hear about your personal inspirations and start coming up with designs we could use to bring it all together. We are able to do this in person as well as through Zoom, whatever makes you the most comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our team is either a certified event planner, wedding planner or both. We stay on top of the latest trends and are always trying to further our training and learn.
