Installed 2 walls with insulation for soundproofing + door to create an office space in our finished basement. Also painted inside and outside the new walls. I’ve attached 3 photos of the area after completion, 1 photo mid-construction, and 1 photo before. Roy offered the best price of the 3 contractors we received quotes from, and I think the work was good value for the price. It did take a couple days longer than expected, but that’s okay because he was showing up every day to work hard, and stuff happens. Also he ended up helping to install an access panel elsewhere in the basement during that time. He also was very patient with my annoying cat who needed to be involved in everything.

Exceeded all my expectations and then some. needed a window framed with crown molding and a stool. Roy is an artist who understood the assignment and went at it with an eye of an eagle ( attention to detail ) and the skill of Michelangelo. I'm looking to hire him again for a bathroom remodel and flooring in 2 bedrooms.
