- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified NCSF Personal Training with certifications in the following as well: Animal Flow Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach Kettlebell Athletics Level 1 Pre&Post Natal Metabolic Resistance Training USATF Level 1
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I’ve always been athletic and real into sports and fitness, however, my high school track career aloud me to volunteer with youth athletic programs. During this time I was struggling with anxiety and I found it helped relieve stress in a healthy way as well as allow me to help others in the process! Once I found this I knew there was no other option but to combine my love for fitness and helping others into one which led me to my personal training career!
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a wide range of customers from youth ages as young as 10 and ages 70 plus and everything in between.
