We had such a great experience with this company and the crew that came out to help with our problem. The gentlemen were punctual, professional, and extremely kind. My husband and I are expecting the birth of our child anyday now and we were worried about how long the repair would take and found ourselves stressed until we found Chicago Sewer Experts. They understood the urgency of our situation and came out right away to provide the estimate and did everything they could to accommodate our needs to get the repair done. Within 24hrs. the job was completed with high quality work and the stress of having this repair done was gone. We could not be more happy and grateful with this company and the crew that came out!! They are excellent!

I updated my review because there was a communication issue the first time. The owner reached out and explained the situation, and apologized for everything. I was able to get someone out to my dads within the hour after the call. The tech that came out was great and fixed everything that needed to get done. I really appreciate them reaching out and making things right. Def would use them again.

Got an individual out to give quote and schedule repair right away. Only issue was two different repair technicians. So the actual repair took longer and didn’t bring with them all needed material the first time. Great service I’d recommend this company
