The gentleman re-attached and welded on the the two decorative metal grates on our wrought iron door. He also painted the area where the repair was done so that it would blend in with the rest of the door. The gentleman was very polite, friendly, professional and communicative. He arrived on time, prepped the area, worked outside on a rainy day, cleaned up after the work was done and the door looked GREAT when he was done. He also said he guarantees his work and just call if there are any issues.

I hired TWG to remove existing railings and install new updated wood banisters with metal railings at my home. The price was fair and Kyle and Bob did a great job on the installation. They even cleaned up after. I would hire them again and I highly recommend them to others.

We hired Ron to install an additional set of stairs onto our deck to compliment the stairs we already had on the opposite side (going from one opening to two). He took his time measuring for accuracy, double checked his numbers, provided a bid that was fair and completed the job before the estimated schedule. Now our deck has 2 entrances creating a beautiful touch and ease of access to our new garden. Will hire again.

I was referred to MM & Sons by a neighbor, who was a client of theirs. MM & Sons installed a very sturdy and atheistically pleasing pedestrian/alley gate, and he even threw in some extras like an auto-close spring and some ornamental/security pieces on the top of the gate. MM & S was on time, on budget, and always kept me in the loop on the progress of the project. Great experience overall, and for a very competitive price.

Eight years after my custom wood fence was installed, I found myself having to tie one of the fence posts to the tree in my backyard to prevent the fence from falling/flying away the next time a strong wind came along. Since the fence was originally custom built onsite, I knew that a cheap, store purchased fence fix was not going to maintain the existing aesthetic. Earl, at Chicago Wood Care Company, reached out to me directly conveying an genuine shared appreciation for “wood” as a material and the importance of its handling, characteristics, and aesthetic. Extremely accommodating, Earl was able to come out to the house early one morning before I left for work to view the fence and assess the problem. Earl immediately expressed a course of remedy and his confidence in himself to execute the repair. A quote arrived via email from Earl and a date was set to begin the work. Friendly, eager, honest, reliable, skilled/talented and trustworthy speaks to Earl’s person. The level of Earl’s workmanship is measurable by that of the highest standard. Earl was able to do the work without my having to be at home. This was very important to me. My fence never stood so straight and level as it now does. A recent high wind forecast didn’t give me a moment of worry. I thought Earl’s quote was fare albeit not the cheapest. This was just one of those things you need to pay a little bit more for to get the job done right while extending the life of a fence that will one day need to be replaced altogether.

We had circular metal stairs gowing up three floors. The banisters were not child safe because they were too far apart. Rob welded extra ones in very carefully so nobody believes they have not been there all the time. The work turned out to be more difficult then preestimated and took longer then expected. But we love the result and will definetely use Rob's services again.
