Introduction: I am not your typical trainer. I am not a former fitness competitor or bodybuilder. I am a normal person who has struggled with the same challenges you do. After 30 years of retail I finally have the opportunity to help others on my terms and with an honest approach. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPT by the American College of Sports Medicine. I have also earned endorsements from Exercise is Medicine, Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer by ACSM/NICPAD and Precision Nutrition so that I am always well informed and ready to help you by being aware of relevant new information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to help people and rejoice with you when you reach a goal. I love the positive encouragement I get everyday by doing what have chosen as my profession.
