Jim redesigned our summer home from a double wide trailer to a home with beauty and character. He had many creative ideas to really make our place a showcase. He takes attention details and has great design ideas.

We were very excited to start our stair project when we met Jim. He had completely forgotten about our initial appointment and didn't show up, but rescheduled and we were happy with his recommendations. He provided us a quote, which was reasonable, we accepted, and then the majority of issues began. We asked repeatedly about timing and either received no response or the start timing was pushed back. I've had to reschedule our carpet installer 4 times now due to Jim's lack of response. He was supposed to be starting again this past Monday, and we've not seen or heard from him, and he has not replied to any of our messages. Severally disappointing and we're now back to trying to find a more credible person to step in where Jim lacked.
