It's not a secret that I'm a gym rat and honestly if I have the choice of where I work out or train for the day I will always pick WARZONE! I love the rugged fighter feel w the motivation of the awesome group of trainers and members!

Thanks to Adrian, Im about to enter my first figure cmpitition on a couple of weeks. He is extremely knowledgeable in nutrition and expert advice, not to mention the "best trainer" ever! Going to the gym in the morning is my favorite time of my day. Adrian is tough but pleasent to be around, always pushes me to do more then I thought I could do.
