Home Waterproofing

Mike did a good job installing a sump pump and repairing cracks after the basement flooded. Big storm came through and still dry as a bone.

Foundation Repair

Mike worked so quickly I had a hard time believing he was done when he had wrapped up the job. He has the best understanding of his work of any competitors of his I also interviewed for the job, as he finished in half the cost and time knowing exactly what solution was needed for my foundation. He was even willing to spend multiple hours on the phone with me to explain his approach and why other competitor's work was not necessary. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with and absolutely is the guy you should hire for any foundation repairs.

Home Waterproofing

We had water leaking in our basement and needed cracks repaired. Mike was quick, thorough and explained everything! He was even able to do the work the same day he provided the estimate and he took pictures of his work during the process and sent them to me. His price was reasonable unlike a lot of the larger waterproofing companies. I would definitely recommend!

Mike responded quickly. He was knowledgeable about my water proofing needs. He did not pressure me to get the work done. He took care of everything. Finished early. Great guy and worth hiring.

Home Waterproofing

We have experienced 3 heavy rains since the cracks in my foundation was fixed and everything is bone dry. This was one of the best decisions ever. Everything was explained step by step. I truly appreciate the quick response which if I would have waited for these other companies that placed me on a month to two month waiting list my home would have been in a worse position. Thanks Mike!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing all comes to what needs to be done how many foundation cracks or how many linear feet of drain tile needs to be installed etc and the demolition part it varies from town to city permits can be small or very expensive if the home is brick or wood frame or if asbestos is found everything comes to mind when bidding on demolition jobs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Just tell them what needs to be done and price is very important and time frame what is good for them , be honest and on time

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I taught how to do crack injections for a chemical companies went to plumbing classes and business classes, I am a heavy machine operator on 50, 000 pound steel track excavators to tear down buildings. I can not make one mistake at my job that's why I am a professional at what I do.
