- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the price really comes down to the job itself. Travel time is fiqured in as well as the labor and any parts that may be needed. If client wants to purchase the parts and have them their waiting that's fine too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer to find out what their need is. I set an appointment to go out to the client house for a visual in order to present a fair bid. I then can fiqure whats involved, parts ,labor and travel and come up with a price that's good for client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years in the handyman /maintenance field including over 25 Licensed boiler operator in various industries. I haved owned a few of my own business including carpet cleaning , lawn maintenance and handyman.
