- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client must be open minded and ready to receive relaxation and healing, which may take a couple sessions as this practice may be new to them. I ask for the client to set their own intention ( what they want to get out of the session and this is taught to the client) I leave the room as they do this, as it is private to the client and I do not ask. When the client is ready I set my intention and begin. The client is fully clothed. The only hands on is at the feet or head for the client to receive balance internally at the end of the session. The session usually takes 45 minutes. The client after gives a review on this sight and determines if they need more sessions. Therapy Happens is client centered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as Reiki Master. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business with a minor in Sociology. I am a National Board Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with an emphasis on pain management, mental health and Well-being. I am a certified Meditation Practitioner.
