Brad and his team did a wonderful job power washing, sanding, and re-staining our 15'x15' deck. Highly recommended.
Its important to note: As with all deck staining jobs - to do it properly requires mother nature to cooperate. At least two days of dry weather that is > 50 deg f. Brad and his team abides by this and communicated it well in advance.

Brad did a great job on our deck. He is easy to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Brad Lanaville at Lanaville Contracting is a thorough professional. Even during the estimate, he walked me through a detailed step-by-step process of how he was going to strip and stain my weathered deck. I felt comfortable with his methods and pricing, so we went forward. Brad started quickly thereafter and kept me in the loop on a daily basis about the progress of the deck. His timeframe was reasonable and the end result was stunningly beautiful. He even smoothed out some of the wood slats so that it would be smooth to the touch. And even washed my windows! Brad thinks of everything and is a very thoughtful, kind man who knows what he's doing. Don't hesitate to use Lanaville Contracting for your decking needs.

Brad was very easy to work with and extremely professional.He answered all of our questions! He stained our deck and even offered to come back in the spring and see if it needed an additional coat. We are very pleased thus far!
